Full Proof is a red-sauce joint built by bakers. House-made pasta, naturally leavened pizza dough, and the Italian-American dishes you grew up loving, all built on ingredients sourced up and down California. The bar doesn't slow down for the kitchen: Italian-leaning cocktails, same care as everything else. It's a buzzing room with a short memory for mistakes and a long one for regulars.
